John D. (Jack) Kearney, Sr., is Managing Director of Investment Banking and Founder of Trinitas Business Valuations Inc. Jack has 30+ years’ experience raising equity and debt capital, developing and executing M&A strategies, and restructuring & financing debt as a financial advisor to both public and privately-owned companies. Jack holds JD and MBA degrees from Duke University. He was admitted to the Bar and was licensed as a CPA in Georgia. Jack is licensed by FINRA as an investment banker.

Kerri Sinn is the Corporate Finance Assistant of Trinitas Business Valuations Inc. She joined the team in 2021. Kerri has a background in banking, human resource, executive support, and entrepreneurship. Kerri has a proven history of supporting leaders and collaborating with cross-functional teams both, nationally and internationally in the mid-market, nonprofit, small business, and corporate sectors.
